Returns Policy

All products sold by Evolve Peptides are intended strictly for research use only and are not for human consumption. Returns are handled in line with this intended use.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Returns must be authorised before being sent back
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or laboratory-use products where product integrity may be compromised

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
