Shipping Policy
UK DeliveryWe currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Cost
Standard UK delivery costs £4.99. The applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm, or during weekends or UK bank holidays, are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Service
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day after dispatch, although this delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the tracking details to become active.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including Royal Mail disruption, adverse weather, bank holidays or unusually high delivery volumes.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Missing or Damaged Orders
